This used to be a long page, but I'm culling the content a bit (most of it hasn't been updates since 1999 or so) so here's a brief version. This is what my fanfiction.net profile says:

"a few loose random squiggles are drawn, and suddenly a complete personality appears, demanding attention and a name."

-- Brian Froud --

Arwen Lune has been writing fiction and fanfiction since she was 13 years old. She is Dutch, in her early twenties, and studies Intergrated Communication Management. Besides writing, she photographs, sails, is active with her horse in Endurance sport and finds it amusing to write about herself in third person.

She used to live in London, but started missing things like space, sunlight and fresh air, and moved back to the Netherlands, where she shared a spacious house and a horse. She writes more fiction that you can shake a stick at - the suitably interested can go to fanfiction.net and look for 'Arwen Lune', which should turn up the appropriate fiction page
Her favourite writers are amongst others Terry Pratchett, JRR Tolkien and Shakespeare. She likes chocolate (but tries to resist buying it), olives (only green ones), blowing bubbles, fluffy toys that make a sound when they are hit, watching films, making and eating grilled cheese'ntomato sandwiches with an obscene amount of cheese, Edammer, Cheddar, cheese... playing with waterweaponry, sitting in the bath reading until the water goes cold, watching kiddies' films, making self portraits and playing with them on the computer, leather (for wearing, obviously), tea with milk and lots of sugar, horsebackriding, salt&vinegar flavoured crisps, 17 inch TFT monitors, primitive outdoors cooking, skating, sunshine, having a garden to walk into when there is sunshine, cycling in the Netherlands (sure beats cycling in London!), unexpected and interesting mail, flying, pikelets, AFP meets, Pisang Ambon - especially it's mixed with orange juice - , curling up in a comfortable chair with a cat on my lap, curling up in a comfortable chair with a good book, curling up in a comfortable chair with a nice cup of tea, curling up in a comfortable chair with a cat on my lap, a good book and a nice cup of tea, the Sith Academy, Star Wars in general, playing Civilisation (the original version), listening music from the pc with an mp3 list of over 1500 numbers....

If you want to know what I'm doing now as in 'right now' , have a look in the diary

Upwards to the index then? Onwards to the Current Affairs page?
